Facial Expression

There are many people who like to make faces, many a times to make kids laugh and at times trying to imitate a friend. Many of them may not realize that this could be a cause of wrinkles on their face.

These wrinkles are called motion wrinkles, which are caused by repeating a particular facial expression over a period of time. Motion wrinkles known as Crow's feet are developed by excessively squinting one's eyes and forehead wrinkles known as frown lines are developed by repeatedly frowning one's forehead.

The problem is many of us don't even realize that we do make such mistakes, we need to ask others who see us everyday to know whether we squint or frown.

Once you know that you are squinting and frowning , you have made the first move. Next on the list is to develop a habit or a reflex action that relaxes your face especially when you think your are going to squint or frown.

Squinting is a common action in those people who are near-sighted and either do not wear glasses or those who have probably strong ones.

If you are unable to see clearly from a distance especially when your eye seem to be relaxed, there is a possibility that you might be squinting.

You should adjust your glasses to have a clear view than to squint.
